Fresh meats always in stock, or ordered as you desire. 
Angus beef cuts, great for grilling, include:
8 oz. tenderloin, 12 oz New York Strip, and hamburger patties.  

Pork includes 10 oz. chops, boneless pork loins, and Hormel ribs.  Ready for your grill are pork steaks.  Also available are ground pork and link sausages.

Country Hams:  Whole or sliced hams are available from the North Carolina Mountains.

Chicken: We have whole fryers, split breasts, and wings for your party.

Lamb: Lamb is available in chocks, kabobs, shank, or ground lamb.

Breakfast may be completed with sausage patties, links, or smoked bacon.

Cold cuts and cheeses are ready for your own choice of sandwiches.

 We have the store bought eggs and pasture raised eggs.
